Utilize the ‘peak hour’ functionality to control your online ordering volume during the on-peak portions of the day or week.
Start Time - The time of day that the peak hour functionality will begin.
End Time - The time of day the peak hour functionality will stop.
Delivery Time- How much additional delivery time you will need during the set peak hour time.
Preparation Time - How much additional preparation time you will need during the set peak hour time.
Throttling Orders - The max number of orders that can be placed during the set peak hour time.
Throttling Amount- The max order revenue total that can be received during the set peak hour time.
Days- The particular days of the week that the peak hour settings will be enabled for.
