Ordering Options


Multiple services can be created to offer different ordering options:



  • Delivery 

    • Allows the user to add a new address or choose an existing address if they are logged into their account. 

    • The merchant is able to add a minimum order amount, enable start and end times, delivery prep times, zone rules and additional charges.


  • Pickup 

    • Allows the user to place a pickup order. 

    • The merchant is able to add a minimum order amount, and enable start and end times.


  • Curbside 

    • Allows the user to drive up to the storefront and have the order brought out to the vehicle that is listed during the checkout process.

    • The merchant is able to add a minimum order amount.


  • Dine In 

    • Allows the user to place a dine-in order ahead of time. 



Managing Service Times


Merchants can designate times when a service type will be available, for example:


  • A merchant that has operating hours of Monday-Sunday: 10 AM - 10 PM but delivery is only available from 11 AM - 8 PM. The restaurant can enforce the times that delivery orders can be placed. 



  • This feature is true for Pickup and Delivery services. Start and end times do not apply for Curbside and Dine In options as these services follow the merchant’s regular hours of operation.
