Utilize the ‘Pause Ordering’ functionality for a restaurant or individual menu items.
Pausing Ordering can be found in ‘Tickets’ in the Control Panel
Select how long it will be paused:
Until tomorrow morning
Until next week
Limited for a designated number of days and hours
Unlimited- is resumed manually

To only accept orders that are scheduled disable ‘Allow ASAP’ in Control Panel
Utilize ‘Preparation’ in settings to specify how much time you need to prepare food
Additional time can be setup for larger orders by adding preparation time based on order amount.
Set amount of preparation time to add to the default preparation time.
Set the minimum order amount to apply the additional preparation time.
Set the maximum order amount to apply the additional preparation time.
