The OrderZupp 2 app will allow you to see all current orders. You can “Confirm” the orders and adjust the prep time needed, based on restaurant volume.
First - if you haven't already, log into the Google Play Store and download the Orderzupp 2 app (Android only).
Once downloaded on your device, please load the app and when prompted, sign in with your Zuppler login information.
All orders will have a color code to let you know what state that order is in. Here's what they look like:
Blue- Just Placed and is Unconfirmed
Red- Missed Order and is Unconfirmed
Green- Confirmed
Grey- Canceled
Yellow- Order was selected as Prepared
Let's break that down a little - here's a guide laid out Order State by Order State:
Once an order comes in, it will be Blue. You will need to tap into the order on the tablet and tap "Confirm" to accept the order.
Orders that remain unconfirmed for more than 4 minutes are automatically tagged as "Missed" and will turn from Blue to Red. Just tap into the order on the tablet and tap "Confirm" to accept the order.
Once you tap into an order and tap "Confirm", the order will turn Green. If this is an ASAP order, you'll be prompted to select a prep time, should it be necessary (scheduled orders will always be due at the time selected by the customer).Tap on one of the prep times provided or type in a prep time in the Duration field (up to 90 minutes) and tap “Submit”
If you'd like to alert the customer that the order is ready for pickup, then just click back into the confirmed order and choose the yellow Prepare button. This will change the order from Green (confirmed) to Yellow (Prepared) and automatically sends SMS notification to the customer.
If you choose to cancel an order, the order will turn Grey. You'll be prompted to confirm this with “Are you sure you want to cancel?”. Tap “Yes” to proceed with cancellation and the customer will be automatically refunded. In order to revert back, tap “No” to exit. Call our support team to let them know you need to cancel so they can inform the customer on your behalf.
