1. Go to “Manage Menus”

  • Log in to Zuppler Chef.

  • Navigate to 'Manage Menus' from the restaurant dashboard


2. Select “Bulk Updates”

  • You will then select 'Bulk Updates' in the 'Manage Menus' navigation.


3. “Item Availability” Tab

  • In the Bulk Updates screen, you will want to make sure the “Item Availability” tab is selected.


4. Filter Items or Modifiers

  • Use the dropdown filter to choose:

    • Search items & modifiers

    • Search items


5. Search for the Item/Modifier

  • In the search bar, type the name of the item or modifier (at least 3 characters).

  • Press Enter to run the search.

    The system will display all items/modifiers that match the search criteria.


6. Select What to Pause or Resume

  •  Click “All items” or “All modifiers” to auto-select everything in the results.

  • OR

  • Manually select specific items/modifiers using the individual toggle flags next to each.


7. Click “Update Availability”

  • Once you’ve selected the relevant options, click the “Update Availability” button.


8. Pause or Resume via Modal

  • The standard pause/resume modal will appear prompting you to either:

    • Pause the selected items/modifiers

    • Resume them

  • Choose your action and confirm.

⚠️ Note: If any of the selected items/modifiers already have a scheduled pause or resume, your update will override the existing schedule.
