Zuppler Loyalty

Once a customer has earned loyalty points in an order, but they cancel it before it's delivered. Will the points they earned will revert back?
Yes. As soon as the order gets canceled the “Notify Loyalty” will be triggered and the points will be reverted back.
If our customer earns a reward in an order, but they cancels that order. Can they still use that reward in their new order?
No, they cannot. The reward will be removed from the dashboard as the earned points will be changed after cancelation
Can we have more than 3 tiers in our Loyalty plan?
We would not recommend a loyalty plan with more than 3 tiers.
