Can I process Zuppler web orders as events in Caterease?
Yes, orders sent via Zuppler get created as web orders in Caterease. You can always process a web order as an event in Caterease.
How do I push menu updates to Zuppler from Caterease?
Once done with saving the changes in the Caterease menu manager, you need to follow these steps to upload the latest menu to Zuppler: Click the Select ribbon tab at the top of your Caterease screen and choose Web-Tools > Web Ordering > Upload Menus to Zuppler Works. After pushing the menu from Caterease a sync job needs to be run in the POSaaS app so that the menu updates reflect on the front end.
Do you import item images from Caterease?
Caterease does not support sending over the item images along with the menu data. However, we can assign images to your menu items. You can upload the images to a Zuppler picture collection and then assign those images to your menu items.
Do you import item descriptions from Caterease?
Yes, we pull the item descriptions as they are set up within the Caterease menu.
