Optionally, we do have a few direct integrations with other processors, if that is preferred, but you would need to apply with them directly, and then we would set up once that process has been completed (they send us your MID, we set up the MID in your tender).  With this setup, we do not touch the money.  In these direct integration scenarios, we charge a nominal fee for the integration, but do not act as a 3rd party handling the depositing funds, and do not handle chargebacks for these transactions, or issue the annual 1099-ks.  Additionally, we charge you for your fees instead of withholding them.
