  As soon as the customer’s order gets completed, they will be able to see all their points earned in their loyalty dashboard under their account profile

• Once a customer has earned loyalty points in an order, but they cancel it before it's delivered. Will the points they earned will revert back.

  Yes. As soon as the order gets canceled the “Notify Loyalty” will be triggered and the points will be reverted back.
