Setup

You can find the Cut Off’s setting under the Configuration tab > Cut Offs, in the control panel.



NOTE: Cut Off’s is used for catering menus where the store would need additional time to be notified for the order.



Configuration Explained


  1. Cut Off Day : choose the cut off day that would be applicable for each day of the week. Eg. if you want that orders for Sunday to have a cut off of Friday then you choose the cut off day accordingly for that day

  2. Cut Off Timechoose the cut off time (for the cut off day)that would be applicable for each day of the week. Eg. if you want that orders for Sunday to have a cut off of Friday at 3 PM then you choose the cut off time accordingly for that day                                                                


  1. Cut Off Duration : you can define the cut off duration in minutes for a given day of the week. Eg if you want a 24 hours cut off for Sundays, you will enter 1440 in the Cutoff Duration


FYI:- You can use either the “Cutoff duration” or the “Cut off day and Cutoff time”.

          



After saving the cutoffs, they will appear like this on your screen,


NOTE : After you have set the Cutoffs,the system will automatically turn off the ASAP option for the user, because we are assuming that as you have cutoffs orders are scheduled ,and ASAP does not really apply over there.

That's why it is recommended if you have a regular menu and a catering menu, you need to have two different accounts with us.
