How to resync the secondary screen on POS Pro

This guide will walk you through the steps to resync the customer screen with the Fusion POS app. The secondary screen on the POS mirrors the main screen, if you don't want that and want the customers to just see the order detail when the order is being taken, follow these steps:

Step 1: Remove the Customer Screen from the Slot

  • Gently take out the secondary/customer screen from its slot on the back of the POS system.

Step 2: Reinsert the Customer Screen

  • After removing the screen, push it back into the slot until it fits securely in place.

Step 3: Open the Fusion App

  • On the POS system, open the Fusion/MyTakeaway app.

Step 4: Access the Settings Tab

  • In the Fusion app, look for the Settings tab located in the top right corner and tap on it.

Step 5: Hit the Resync Button

  • In the Settings menu, find and press the Resync button to resynchronize the secondary/customer screen.

Once the process is complete, your secondary screen should be synced with the Fusion POS app.
