Options for your Website Online Ordering.

Cart Options

  1. Regular Cart:  Here is an example of how your regular cart integrates
    • Pros
      • There is more real estate on your website for the user to view your menu items
      • Your cart and the other toolbars are always visible even when you click on an item or as you scroll
    • Cons
      • The details of the user cart are not visible when the user is ordering
    • Our Recommendation- Use this option when
      • you have a lot of items in your menu so you want more real estate to display the menu
      • your menu items do not have a lot of modifications
  2. Inline Cart:   Here  is an example of how your inline cart integrates
    • Pros
      • Items in your cart along with all the modifications are displayed when the customer is ordering
      • The order totals and fees are displayed while ordering
    • Cons
      • The cart takes up space on the ordering page
    • Our Recommendation- Use this option when
      • Displaying catering menus
      • When your menu item has a lot of modifications and you want to display that when the customer is ordering
  3. Inline Cart with Category Navigation:  Here  is an example of how inline cart with category navigation integrates
    • Pros
      • You can easily navigate to different sections in your menu
      •   Items in your cart along with all the modifications are displayed when the customer is ordering 
      •   The order totals and fees are displayed while ordering
    • Cons
      • The inline cart and the category bar takes up space on the ordering page
    • Our Recommendation- Use this option when 
      • You have many categories in your menu and you want to provide an easy option for your customers to navigate to different categories
  4.  Regular Cart with Category Navigation : This is similar to the regular cart view but with the option to easily navigate your categories


Online Ordering Toolbar
  1. Regular Toolbar Here is an example of how your online ordering toolbar can be organized. Notice how the "My Bag" icon and the "Menu" icon are left aligned and how "Account" and "My Orders" are right aligned.

Immersive Menu Options

  1. Circle ModifiersHere is an example of your modifiers appearing in a circle.
  2. Featured ModifiersHere is an example of your item being featured and then you can navigate to your modifiers.
  3. Square ModifiersHere is an example of your modifiers appearing in a square.

Displaying Item Prices

When displaying prices for an item with multiple sizes (e.g. Small, Medium, Large), we provide 2 options
  1. Collapsed Pricing
    Here we show the lowest priced item and then a "+" symbol to indicate that the item has additional prices based on the size you select.
  2. Range Pricing: Here we show the price as a range between the smallest to the largest size price. E.G. $10.99 - $21.99 to indicate the range to the customer in the menu.
