Yes, they can. We have an option to override delivery fees which will allow restaurants to charge different delivery fees for higher amounts.
In the above example, the customer will be charged $5 if the order is less than $100 and if the order amount exceeds $100 up to $500 the customer will be charged $12 as the delivery fee.
