We have an availability call in place which allows us to know if Nash or Datadreamer can accept orders right now if not then the user will get an error while ordering.
We have subscribed RDS action which is defined in Order Workflow which allows us to notify when the order reaches a RDS, assign the driver to the order, and deliver it too. We also have a call for cancellations which allows us to know if the order is canceled from the RDS.
