Connecting Toast to the Zuppler-Stream integration.

This article guides you through the steps to connect your Toast POS to Zuppler and other delivery service providers. Please make sure to follow up until Step 2 from this guide before continuing with the steps mentioned below:  



Step 1: Add Stream integration in your Toast web.

  • You need to login to your Toast web portal and go to the integrations section.
  • Find the Stream option among the other integrations and add it to your account. Don't forget to publish the changes in Toast after adding the integration.


Step 2: Begin Toast Connection

  • Select 'Toast' among the available POS options on the zuppler.streamorders.com portal.
  • Copy the Merchant ID from the portal. This is used for connecting Toast to Stream.
  • Visit Toast integrations page and click on Configure integrations.
  • Open Stream integration settings
  • Use copied Merchant ID from the Stream portal and paste it into the Group ID field under any locations you want to connect to Stream. After pasting the ID press 'Apply'.
  • Go back to the portal and Check Status. Checking the status will verify the integration connect, once connected it will close the popup and you will see your menu begin to load.



Step 3: Configuring Toast for Stream Orders:

  • Navigate to Payments > Payment Methods > Other payment Options
  • Add a new payment option. The Name of the payment option must be STREAM. Please use all caps as this is case sensitive. If this is not set up properly orders will fail.
  • Disable manager approval. Save and publish at last.
