Setting up the Zuppler-Stream integration
This article guides you through the steps to connect your POS to Zuppler and other delivery service providers via Stream. Follow the steps mentioned below to get started with the integration:
- Step 1: Setup Stream Orders as the POS in Zuppler Chef
- Step 2: Register on Stream and connect your POS
- Step 3: Push your POS menu to Zuppler and other delivery services
Step 1: Setup Stream Orders as the POS in Zuppler Chef
- Select 'Stream Orders' from the options available in Configure POS section.
- Select the delivery mode. Check the "Use Delivery mapping" checkbox if the restaurant is not providing the delivery and the delivery fee/driver tips should not display on delivery orders in the POS.
- Click on the 'Save' button at last.
Step 2: Register on Stream and connect your POS
- Visit https://zuppler.streamorders.com/welcome and register with your email address. Provide the required information and continue.
- Once registered, you'll be prompted to connect your POS. Click on the 'Connect POS' button and select your POS from the list.
- Follow the steps mentioned here to connect your Toast POS.
- Follow the steps mentioned here to connect your Square POS.
- Once the POS is connected, you'll see your menu load on the page.
Step 3: Push your menu to Zuppler and other delivery services
- Click the 'Connect Delivery Partner' button, and select Zuppler. Select the 'Connect New DSP' option. To connect and push your menu to other delivery service provider, choose them from the list and follow the instructions. Steps mentioned below will help you connect your POS to Zuppler.
- You'll be redirected to a sign in page. Sign in using your Zuppler username and password.
- Choose your restaurant from the 'Select a location' dropdown and continue. Publish the menu at last.
