Saving My Order





  • Setup to enable the save order feature

  • No. of ways a customer can use this feature:

  • How to save an order?
  • How to check and continue with a saved order?
  • How to remove saved order?
  • How to rename saved order?
  • How to automatically save order?


    1. Setup to enable the save order feature

  1. Make sure your on Control panel 

  2. Go to Configuration 

  3. Hit Settings

  1. Go to Edit settings 


  1. Scroll down

  2. check-in “Enable Order Saving


Consider the following:

  1. Keep Allow ASAP box checked-in

  • This will enable orders for quick ordering.

  1. Keep Disable Future Orders box unchecked

  • Even if you have enabled “enable order saving” but disabled future orders, the save button will never show up because you’re not accepting advance orders.


    2. No. of ways a customer can use this feature:

  1. How to save an order?

  2. Add menu items to My Bag

  3. Go to My Bag

  4. Hit SAVE

                

                  4. Name your order

                     5. Hit SAVE

                


  1. How to check and continue with a saved order?

  1. Go to My Orders

  2. Go to Saved Orders

  3. Hit Resume


Now the order has been added to My Bag to further continue with the ordering.


Note: you can only save order when signed-in or the following pop-up appears asking you to first sign-in

               


  • Important Note: You won’t find Resume or Remove button for your new order as this order is automatically added in your bag. You can delete this order by-

  1. hitting NEW ORDER

  1. Then, pressing OK

    


  1. How to remove a saved order?

  1. Go to My Orders

  2. Go to Saved Orders

  3. Hover over a saved order and hit Remove


  1. Hit OK


  1. How to rename saved order?

  1. Select a saved order and hit Resume

  2. Go to My Bag

  3. Hit RENAME


  1. How to automatically save order?

When you add items to your bag you and forget to save it before logging out the order will be saved automatically, here is how:

  1. Sign-in to your account

  2. Add Menu items, go to My Bag, and hit SAVE

  3. Then, hit CANCEL on the popup for your previous order

                Now your previous order has been saved as Auto-save order
